The recent launch involved the Emad and Ghadr ballistic missiles, showcasing Iran's military capabilities. Emad, meaning "pillar" in Farsi, is a medium-range liquid-fueled missile introduced in 2015. It is reported to have a range of 1,800 km and can carry a warhead weighing between 500-700 kg, with a Circular Error Probable (CEP) of around 500 m.
On the other hand, the Ghadr-110 missile, translating to "perseverance" in Farsi, is a two-stage ballistic missile featuring a liquid-fueled first stage and solid-fueled second stage. Military experts estimate that these missiles have a range of about 2,000 kilometers, highlighting Iran's significant missile capabilities in the region.
