Four CIS countries, including Kyrgyzstan, achieved top positions in global GDP growth in 2025. Kyrgyzstan claimed the fifth spot with an impressive 8% growth rate, outperforming its neighboring countries. Tajikistan followed closely with 7.5%, and Georgia with 7.2%, while Uzbekistan rounded up the top ten with a growth rate of 6.8%.
The leading positions in GDP growth were dominated by African and South American nations, with South Sudan leading at +24.3%, followed by Libya at +15.6%, and Guyana at +10.3%. Experts attribute the positive trend in CIS countries to economic stability, increased investments, and active developments in the industrial and agricultural sectors.
