Mikhail Isaev, Saratov's Vice Governor, was involved in a car accident when he lost control of his Chery Tiggo and collided with an empty parked Ford Focus.
The incident took place at approximately 12:20 a.m. near house number 9 on Isaeva Street in Saratov. Despite the crash, Isaev remained in his vehicle until medical assistance arrived. The 52-year-old official was subsequently hospitalized in a moderate condition due to sustaining injuries.
