The Ukrainian drone crashed into a residential building in the Southern inner-city district, hitting the second to last floor where a fire was already raging. The impact resulted in the complete burning of the balcony and damage to around five apartments. Local authorities have arranged a temporary accommodation center at School No. 29 to assist affected residents.

The Governor of the region also noted that fires have been reported in the Eastern inner-city district, indicating a broader issue with fire incidents in the area. Efforts are underway to contain and manage the situation to ensure the safety and well-being of the local population.
