According to different European versions of Wikipedia, Nikola Tesla is described with varying nationalities. The Russian, French, Estonian, and Slovenian Wikipedia editions identify him as an "American inventor of Serbian origin."

Conversely, Serbians and much of Eastern and Northern Europe refer to him as a "Serbian-American inventor of Serbian origin." In Eastern Europe, a more straightforward description prevails, simply labeling Tesla as Serbian. In the southern part of Europe, he is commonly known as a "naturalized American of Serbian origin." Interestingly, the Croatian Wikipedia uniquely labels him as a "Croatian-American inventor of Serbian origin."
