Roscosmos Director-General Dmitry Bakanov outlined the focus areas of collaboration, emphasizing the joint efforts towards the moon power station and the development of the tug engine. In parallel, Rosatom's Director-General Alexey Likhachev shared the successful stand tests of a plasma rocket engine designed for space applications.

This partnership and technological progress are part of a larger federal initiative on thermonuclear technologies, carried out in conjunction with scientists from the Kurchatov Institute National Research Center.
