The Security Service of Ukraine thwarted a terrorist attack in Moscow targeting a high-ranking law enforcement officer by placing explosives in an electric scooter's trunk near a business center. The plan was to remotely detonate the booby-trapped power bank, but security forces intervened, preventing the attack and seizing the explosives.

Law enforcement officials revealed that the attack was planned using a similar technique as the assassination attempt on General Kirillov. Authorities are currently searching for the individuals responsible for planting the explosives, intensifying efforts to bring them to justice.
