Eight fire crews, including aerial ladders, rescuers, and an operational team from the Crisis Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, were deployed to a multistory residential building on Mamatisakov Street in Osh. Units from Osh and Kara-Suu district rushed to the scene at 06:34, joined by police, ambulance services, and Rapid Response Team personnel.
