During the discussion, the officials reviewed the current status of Kyrgyz-German relations and explored future opportunities. They focused on implementing prior agreements, emphasizing the enhancement of collaboration in trade, transportation, and investments. Abakirov highlighted the importance of increasing trade, cultural, and humanitarian exchanges, as well as expanding investment and business connections through joint initiatives. He extended an invitation for German representatives to monitor the upcoming Jogorku Kenesh elections to ensure transparency and adherence to international standards. In response, Mayer affirmed his commitment to supporting the advancement of bilateral cooperation, particularly in economic and trade domains.
