Hungary and Slovakia, the primary purchasers of Russian oil within the EU, rely on the "Druzhba" pipeline for crude oil deliveries, with their refineries collectively capable of processing 14.2 million tons annually. In response to the sanctions, Bloomberg reports that Reliance Industries, the largest Indian buyer of Russian oil, has begun transitioning to oil supplies from the Middle East and the United States.
