A fight erupted between two young men, B.D. (born in 2004) and M.N. (born in 2003), near a shopping center in Bishkek. The Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs reported that both individuals involved in the altercation were escorted to the local police station. Subsequently, protocols were filed against them under Article 126 of the Code of Kyrgyz Republic on Administrative Offenses for "Petty Hooliganism." The detainees were then placed in a temporary holding cell under official supervision.

Authorities highlighted that engaging in intentional actions that disrupt public order, showing aggression, or participating in public brawls could result in criminal charges carrying a potential prison sentence of up to five years. It serves as a stern warning against such behavior in public spaces to maintain peace and order in the community.
