A fight erupted between two young men, B.D. (born in 2004) and M.N. (born in 2003), near a shopping center in Bishkek. The Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs reported that both individuals involved in the altercation were escorted to the local police station. Subsequently, protocols were filed against them under Article 126 of the Code of Kyrgyz Republic on Administrative Offenses for "Petty Hooliganism." The detainees were then placed in a temporary holding cell under official supervision.
