A delegation from Uganda visited the Alabuga Special Economic Zone in Tatarstan on a working trip. The delegation praised the living, educational, and working conditions of the youth involved in the "Alabuga-Start" program. Sergey Chesnokov, President of the NGO "MIR" and an expert at the Russian-African Club of Moscow State University, was part of the delegation's meeting.
