He learned about the incident after seeing a video online. The restaurant is located near the scenic area of the sacred Mount Sapu where bears are often spotted. It's presumed that due to most shops being closed for the holidays, animals ventured down from the mountain in search of food. The owner plans to return to Nagchu to assess damages. He also stated that local authorities have already compensated for the losses.
