The Ministry of Justice of Kazakhstan and the State Organization for Registration of Deeds and Real Estate of Iran have signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation in the field of intellectual property. The signing ceremony took place at Akorda.
The document aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation and lays the foundation for an in-depth professional dialogue between the relevant authorities of both countries. It includes knowledge exchange, implementation of modern technologies, and expanding joint work on expertise and granting rights to intellectual property objects. For Kazakhstan, this memorandum is part of a systematic effort to modernize the national intellectual property system, strengthen international partnerships, and create conditions for developing an innovative economy.
