The Vice Mayor of Bishkek, Ramiz Aliyev, announced in a video message that parking will be strictly prohibited on a section of Toigombaev Street, with all vehicles in violation subject to towing beginning on February 17.

The municipality is urging drivers to avoid parking in areas where construction is taking place, as part of efforts to enhance traffic movement along the street. This action aims to improve overall traffic flow and reduce congestion in the area.
