At today's Jogorku Kenesh session on February 18th, deputies deliberated on approving the appointments of the Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic and three ministers. The candidates were introduced by Bektyr Zulpiev, the authorized representative of the President and Cabinet of Ministers in the Jogorku Kenesh.

Following the presentation, Jogorku Kenesh endorsed the appointments of Jumgalbek Shabdanbekov as Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic, Akyl Toktobaev as Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision, Urmatbek Shamyrkanov as Minister of Emergency Situations, and Talantbek Soltobaev as Minister of Transport and Communications.
