During a session of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Temirlan Aitpaev called on state service specialists to treat all citizens equally, without discrimination based on wealth, nationality, or other factors. He highlighted the importance of fulfilling state tasks and addressing the numerous complaints received from citizens regarding rude treatment.

Aitpaev also stressed the significance of providing privileges to ethnic Kyrgyz seeking citizenship. He emphasized the unity of the Kyrgyz people and the need to support individuals of Kyrgyz descent without citizenship, citing constitutional provisions and presidential decrees aimed at simplifying citizenship procedures for ethnic Kyrgyz returning to Kyrgyzstan. The deputy underscored the importance of creating a welcoming environment for all individuals, including those of Kyrgyz heritage, within the country's borders.
