In the Sokuluk district of the Chui region, a school in the village of Kyzyl-Tuu has been implicated in cases of systematic extortion and intimidation involving students. The incidents came to light following reports on October 24, 2025, on Instagram. Allegations stated that senior students were coercing money from younger peers, resorting to physical and psychological threats upon refusal.

As a result of the investigation, residents of Kyzyl-Tuu, namely S.Z. (born in 1988), K.G. (born in 1988), and A.Z. (born in 1988), have provided written statements, which have been officially documented. A criminal case has been launched under Article 208 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, focusing on "Extortion." Authorities are currently conducting an inquiry, and individuals found responsible will face legal consequences in accordance with the law.
