200 Puppies Perish in Tragic Fire Due to Negligence

Around 200 puppies of Spitz, Bulldogs, and Chihuahuas tragically died in a fire caused by the owner's negligence in Nizhny Novgorod. The owner heated the dogs' living area with an old stove lacking a damper, leading to coals escaping and igniting a fire that consumed part of the building. The blaze, covering 50 square meters, left the animals trapped inside, unable to flee the flames.
