The Mayor demanded the removal of the non-compliant structures and restoration of green and fountain areas to their original state. If the company fails to act within three days, the City Hall's Land Use Control Department will intervene. Additionally, the municipality had previously requested supervision from the Ministry of Construction to ensure compliance with project requirements. The Mayor also ordered a pause in roofing work above the second floor for a review of the design to align with urban planning standards.
